Mindfulness meditation is provided as a self-regulation approach to the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, as preparation for the experience of childbirth and as a resource and life skill for the stresses and challenges of parenting, family life and indeed, life itself.

Aileen Kennedy is an intuitive and sensitive person with a curious and analytical mind. She has always felt strongly connected and at home in her body and particularly with her hands. After going through her own transformational process that started when she became a mother she realized that she really want to support women and families in the making, in various ways.

After studying Clinical Psychology at the University of Amsterdam she worked for 6 years at a clinic as a Psychologist mainly working with Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). During her first pregnancy she became a Mindfulness Trainer, after that she started training as a Doula. Since then she has started her own private practice in coaching women, supporting them in their transition into motherhood. Before, during and after pregnancy.
